I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

You MAY NOT claim my artwork as your own or alter it without my consent.

You are NOT allowed to create NFTs using my artwork. I will not accept your commission if you intend to create an NFT with it.

You are NOT allowed to use my work in training any kind of A.I. models.

If you purchase a commercial commission, you may redistribute it, create merchandise or use it as branding, with the exception of NFTs. The price will be higher for this type of commission.

I retain all the rights to my artworks, which means posting it online and presenting it in my portfolio. If you do not want me to post the artwork, please state it before you receive the final product.

I will not profit further from your commission as long as no terms are broken.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask (preferably through Email or Discord). I will respond within 24 hours. If using Email, please use "OnnimArts Commission" as your subject so I do not reject your message as fraudulent.

I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. I am open to discussion so don't feel restricted by the terms.

Communication will be done through any service you choose and I have an account on, just let me know which one you prefer!

Currency accepted is USD or EUR and can be paid through PayPal.

Commissions can be paid either upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, I will let you know and give you a FULL REFUND.

You are NOT allowed a refund once I have started working on your commission and went beyond the sketch phase.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal charge-back. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a PayPal charge-back at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the charge-back and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.

I will notify you whether your commission has been accepted as soon as I see your request, but it does not mean I will start working on it immediately.

I will let you know when I will start working on your commission. After this point you lose the rights to a refund.

I will send you a PayPal invoice link when I begin working on your commission.

While I'm working on your commission, I will make reviews with you to make sure you get exactly what you want!

I will check up with you whenever I wish to progress to the next stage (sketch -> lineart + flats -> rendering -> extras) and make necessary corrections.

During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work or unexpected events.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know immediately.

I will prioritize urgent commissions with a set due date (at the moment they will not be charged extra), so if you have such commission expect me to be always available. If I accepted your non-urgent commission but have an urgent one to complete, I will let you know.

What you get:
- full-resolution PNG file (approx. 210 x 297 mm at 300 DPI) of final drawing
- full-resolution PNG without a signature
- smaller JPG version for internet upload
- transparent PNG of the character without a background
If you need other specific formats (such as background separated from character, characters on separate layers, specific resolution, CMYK etc.), let me know.

If you need some changes on a commission or a different file format of a commission I've previously completed, let me know! As long as the changes are small, I am willing to make them for free.

My work is digital only, there is no physical product. However, if you wish to use it for purposes such as printing, let me know in advance so I can ensure the best quality for the intended use.

I allow unlimited changes during the thumbnail and sketch phase free of charge.

If I make a mistake during the later stages (wrong colors, incorrectly drawn or missing details, misinterpreted instructions etc.), I will make corrections free of charge. Do not hesitate to let me know if something needs to be fixed.

Major changes during the stages after sketch (such as changing a pose, expression, items etc) will be charged extra, depending on the complexity of change. I will let you know if a change requires extra payment beforehand so do not hesitate to ask.

Additions to the piece that weren't agreed on initially and are requested after moving past the sketch stage (such as extra items, characters, details etc.) will be charged extra depending on complexity. Some things are easy to add and I will do it for free, others will take time and I will let you know the price before making the change.

I WILL do anything that I feel confident I can do skill wise (yes, that includes NSFW).

I WILL NOT work on:
- real people (aka. stylization of a real person)
- stolen characters or art replicas
- hateful or discriminatory content towards a specific person or group
- NSFW featuring real, canonical or apparent minors
- weird requests

I love experimenting and can heavily adjust my style, but WILL NOT intentionally mimic a style of an existing artist unless the situation is very specific (for example matching a drawing to another project). If you wish your commission to match a style of a piece I've already made, please state it in your request.

Please provide references of the character(s) you want me to draw, whether OCs or existing characters. If you have a composition or a pose in mind, please describe it as clearly as you can (or, even better, provide examples). Let me know any extra information you think could help me make the art just like you want it.

If you want more than one artwork, they will be treated as separate commissions.

I am open to experimentation and willing to do work that isn't listed here (such as character portraits/icons, character pose sheets, emotes, mini animations...) as long as you believe I am the right person to do it and I feel confident doing it. The price will be discussed before I begin working on your commission.
